Urban Pole Walking and Fitness with Susan Salek

Susan Salek leads a class on Nordic Poling and Fitness in the Community Hall every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Designed to improve stability and posture while walking, this easy-to-learn regimen can add a great upper-body workout to your walks. Come and learn about the equipment and its benefits. Equipment available. Pay what you can (suggested donation $10 per class).
