In this sermon Rev. Suk asks the question 'are you sticking it safe in the (predictable) shallow end of the pool of life and, if so, why?'

Not that safety, predictability, the usual, is bad.  But in this sermon, we see that the outcome of sticking in "the shallows", as the song from this film is called, has its drawbacks as well.

Sometimes the rewards of 'going deep' far outweigh the fears evoked by the prospect of diving in!
