It's hard to leave a legacy that lasts. We all wish to be remembered, but in reality our memories are lost within a generation or two, even if we do a lot of good during our life. There are some exceptions, but they really are 1 in a million.
But here is the good news. Jesus was more than 1 in a million. His story grew and grew, and became our story for our lives. We are connected through this story to billions of people. Even if our memory doesn't specifically live on, we are part of the legacy of Jesus' love.
