My Country Right, or Wrong

The first in a four part series on Patriotism.

My Country Right or Wrong. Canada is a great and proud country, but as any other country, we don't have a perfect track record. We've done things wrong, we're still doing some things wrong, and there will be times in our future that we still don't get things right. As patriotic Canadians what are we to do? Does calling out our country's wrong doings negate our patriotism? Of course not, in fact it is our duty as Canadians to hold our country accountable to the standards we strive for. We won't always get things right, but we can always do better, and we should always jump at the chance.
