Rev. Suk takes a look at the Oscar nominated film "1917" and relates it to the Bible story of Ehud and Eglon, violent in its depiction of Ehud's murder of King Eglon, but ironically, a tale that is equally divine comedy. 1917 is anything but comical, based on the true horrors of war.
Through this sermon Rev. Suk brings us to the conclusion that our prayers for peace are answered through God making humans responsible to make it so.
